  If you are looking for a charming but not luxurious place to sleep out of the high traffic district of Venice, this hotel fits your needs. Our room on the top floor overlooked a quite scenic canal. There was no lift so we had to climb a couple flights of stairs. It is a convenient base for experiencing Venice.   We liked absolutely everything. The staff were kind, pleasant and obliging. Plus there was free wifi at the - The rooms were all beautiful and we saw 3 rooms and were allowed to choose. Clean and warm, lovely hot water. Right near to the waterbus stop. The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, - I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people

  The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square.
