  The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza. The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.
