  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.
