Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet.   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.
