  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town. The staff where verry nice, the cleanliness was ok, we where impressed by the fact that we where moved from a double room because the climatic sistem didn't work well and we received a suite (an appartment) and no difference to pay.

  The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

  Zambala's facilities were excellent as serviced apartments with a modern very well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities for guests. The room was spacious, well appointed and air-conditioned - important for summer in Milan! Would recommend to anyone who has a car who doesn't mind a walk of 750 metres to the metro and enjoys self catering. There is a very large supermarket with a good choice of ready made dishes 600 metres away - near the tram stop.
