  We really enjoy the Hotel Veneto and loved its location and stayed there at the beginning of our trip. this visit was just for one night and we were in a room that should probably be renovated.   The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... co mówią ludzie » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children
