My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a
real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where
we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an

The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.
