I didnot get the chance to meet her before I checked out of the hotel but I would like to express my thanks for giving us the beautiful room to stay. We had to stay for one more night unexpectedly so as our room was already booked they found us a nice room for the same price. Rich breakfasts which was great for such a budget price. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. - very comfortable, well situated, very nice people
