Did not always use the closest as it was enjoyable walk to another one. Breakfast was included in rate and had a vast choice of items. The suite we lived in had TV with Sky box and lots of tv channels of any languages; the bathroom had separate shower cabin and the bath. In addition, the hotel was very kind to understand our problems, and when we wanted to change our non-refundable booking last minute - the hotel did that with no issue; also, we were allowed to do late checkout when we needed it. In addition to that, when we've got into a trouble in Milan, they presented us a bottle of vine just trying to
