  This place is on the first floor of an apartment building on the Viale Dell Arte - a main road in the Eur district. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay). The room was exceptionally clean and although not huge, it had everything - Really nice place, not exactly in the center but close to the metro station. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price for reasonable comfort.

Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :)
