Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English.   The Bed and breakfast was conveniently located right on a tram line that takes you directly to the center, a few minute walk from the Colosseum and other great sites. Room was quiet and clean.The owner is extremely nice and helpful in many ways.The Hop on Hop off bus is a great way to introduce yourself to the places you want to see.
