  As other have said before me, location, location, location. The hotel is 3 minutes away from San Marco. Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the airport. The lady at the reception was very nice as well, they allowed an early check-in. ... co mówią ludzie » On the last day we were supposed to leave at around 4am to catch our flight, we just left the key in the room, there were no problems whatsoever. Lar - Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the piazzale Roma. The location is superb- 5min from San Marco. It is easy to find and clean.

  I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and gave insider tips on best places to eat, visit. Its in a great location, walking distance to St Marco square. As a solo female traveller, I found it very safe and there are many eateries close by. My double room was spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful giving us advice where to eat, shop and visit the landmarks. Having a very good location and close to everything, we enjoy our walks and shopping. By the way, i loved the kitchen and the bathroom, i felt i was just home in canada. We would positively come back and stay again in our next vacation.
