  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. There are some supermark - Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

  Everything was great!! No complaints at all. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. The room was very nice and was plently of space for the four of us. Never ran out of hot water in the evening when all four of us were trying to shower after a hot day of exploring Rome.   This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. When I come to Rome next time, I'll stay in this hotel again.

  Great position to visit Rome, with low price. The boss gave us to come before check-in time, about 10:45. The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people.   I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains.   The New Inn was the perfect choice for staying in a central location in Rome. The "hotel" is located on the third floor (accessible via and elevator when one has luggage to consider). Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean with air exchanger - a much more eco friendly solution to staying cool. We were able to connect to anywher - The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia. There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.
