  The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum
