  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well. The hotel - Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

  Very good location, near Cavour metro station. Hotel staff was very helpful in several situations. Coffee and croissant at breakfast were excellent. The breakfast room was always clean and the lady serving the breakfast was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day very carefully and they were spotless clean.
