Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it. The fridge in the room. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need.
We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great.
This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

A LOVELY B&B situated right downtown. Located 3 minutes from the Duomo and 2 minutes from the Galleria Accademia, it's the perfect place to stay in Firenze. Despite it's centrality, the rooms face the inner courtyard and is very quiet. Federico, the host is extremely helpful, considerate and kind. I'm coming back in September and will be staying here again!
