  Fantastic location at 5' walk from Piaza San Marco but in a quiet street with (at least for 2 of the 3 available rooms) a view on one of the hundreds of canals. Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square. Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up
