Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. Set in the heart of the San Marco neighborhood the room was a refreshing new, contemporary and comfortable change to the more traditional places we stayed during our trip. Large bathroom with walk in shower, new furnishings, and helpful staff were great. Breakfast delivered to the room each day and on time was a plus. -

Before our arrival we got informative e-mails how to find the place and they were very helpful.
Everything was good, the Rose room was very beautiful. There are total of three rooms and two bathrooms to share, which was totally OK. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square.
Fortunately there was the option to leave your luggage in the apartment and pick them up

Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.

Amadeus was amazingly located, roughly half way between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. It is quite difficult to find initially (there's a separate Hotel Amadeus); you need to head to Saint Maria Formosa square. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good. They also let you leave your luggage once you check out and give you a spare key.
