  What's not to like about a luxury yacht moored close to Venice with its own free water taxi to get you back after the water buses stop running. despite misgivings about the yacht being moored on another island it was very easy to get to Venice and back with a ten minute water bus ride. If you by any chance wanted to have dinner in Venice you didn't have to call a water taxi (the last bus is at 8pm) - they have a free transfer service to the yacht.

The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold.   excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs.
