Good location in historic zone. A renovated small medieval house, just a
little inconvenience is acceptable. The young manager (Francesco) is of
very nice and friendly character. He will send you an e-mail of
confirmation in advance. It’s very good to answer. Suggestion for
drivers: There is no sign of the small street “Via Piccardi”. So, ask
people when you arrive at the central traffic circle “Piazza Quaranta
Martiri” (where 40 victims were killed by the Nazis). There is a free

The owner is very nice man . Hotel is situated in the historical centre of the medieval town . It was beautyful view from our room: the street and medieval houses along this street. Hotel is clean . Ther are the electrical cettle , cups and teabags in the room . All day and night was very calm in the hotel . Gubbio is fantastic medieval town . You can spent all day contemplating the extraordinary atmosphere of this medieval town.
The owner was very welcoming and friendly. There was a good choice at breakfast. He gave us advice and directions of what there was to see in the area. He also recommended a good restaurant. We were amazed that for the price we paid were so near to the historical centre.
Very good location in the historical centre. Clean and spacious room. Nice vintage furnishing in all the facilities. Good value. And, of course, the great staff: helpful, kind and friendly. If we come back to Gubbio, we'll repeat!!.
Francesco & Veronica were lovely! They stayed late so that we could check - in past the deadline & were also very helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in the centre of an ancient small town, friendly staff and good value.
There is no common toilet in the house. If you once checked out and
coming back to pick up your deposited baggage, you cannot use the
bathroom. Neighbor church clock sounds every 15 minutes for 24 hours. At
12:45 the hour-bell sounds 12 times and another quarter-bell sound 3
times, a bit difficult to sleep if you are sensitive to noise.
