  It was our first time in Gravedona and the hotel location cannot be made any better – it sits just on the verge of the lake Como so that you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape from your room (do ask about the location of a room when booking, although even the rear-facing rooms offer a fine view on the Alps). If you have not arranged your own transportation to the hotel, drop an email to the hotel - It was a pleasure to stay at Tullio Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice view on the pool and the lake. No smell, no noise, very comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast. Basically no any single disappointment, but only positive surprises. You will not regret it!!!! After traveling around, we came to the conclusion that it was probably the best location for us, very quite with possibility to have a nice walk along the lake till the centre of Gravedona, from the neighbor

  The hotel is located at the top of a short hill which gives some rooms a fantastic view over the lakes. The pool area is really nice with plenty of (free) sunbeds. Rooms are spacious (especially corner rooms with lake view). Very clean. Owners were really friendly and helpful - excellent English. Poolside breakfasts. Short trip to C - The friendly & helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Lovely swimming pool which we used & they provided towels. The free parking a real bonus. Safe in the room. Spotlessly clean. Plently of hot water. Fridge in the room. Free wi-fi. Short easy walk down to the lake
