  friendly staff and locaton of hotel - The hotel staff really nice and friendly, location of the hotel, the breakfast was really good (the best of 10 hotels I stayed in Italy), the room was really nice!   The staff were fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile and saying hello. They seemed to enjoy their job and remembered who was from which country. The hotel is located pretty much in the center, everything important was reachable in walking distance.
