  very welcoming and helpful felt valued as customer - The staff were absolutely fabulous. We travelled with a small baby , andeveryone from the receptionist, to the dining room staff wereunbelieveably kind to us. They couldn't have done enough to help us.

  We were group of 5 friends and we had to spent a night in Forli.Eveything was top perfect in this hotel. Staff was really nice and kind. Rooms were big enough, clean and modern.   The room was twin, as we booked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was central, close to station and city centre., staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. - Excellent location,easy to find and good size rooms.
