Clean, very comfortable, almost like I'm at my own home, with most of the amenities we need: spacious bedroom, bathroom with all working utilities, kitchen and refrigerator, wi-fi and big TV and nice view of the city. Close to several bus stops, located across a coffee shop, walking distance to other several shops, including a gelateria and also to the grocery store. The stairway up to the apt. is dark. There is no light and no window to shed light some light in. I-phone flashlight very handy to avoid tripping.
