The secluded nine-bedroom farmhouse, Villa Podere Della Bruciata, sits atop a hill in the picturesque countryside of Tuscany. It features a furnished terrace and a large swimming pool where you can stretch out on the sun loungers and soak up the Tuscan sun. The 18th century, split-level brick-built house maintains its authentic rustic charm, even with its renovated designer interiors. Free WiFi and a washing machine are some of the modern amenities provided for your comfort. On the ground floor of the main building are a common area with a fireplace, a contemporary kitchen and two bedrooms with a double bed in each. The first floor features a living room, a kitchenette and four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin or double beds. All bedrooms come with a private bathroom. Podere Della Bruciata’s quaint annex building has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the rooms are fitted with a double bed, while the other two rooms are fitted with either two twin beds or a double bed. You can sit in the gazebo with a drink and a good book for a relaxing afternoon or enjoy barbecuing in the garden with friends and family. If you wish to do some sightseeing, you can visit the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, located a 30-minute drive away.
