  I liked the fact that I was able to rent a bike for free from the hotel and then use the bike all day to explore the town. The staff was very polite and helpful and even let me borrow an adapter for my phone charger.   The whole experience, starting with Chiara at the reception desk. She was absolutely wonderful, helpful, always asking about our well-being. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach.
