A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

The house includes 1 twin room and 1 double room, both set on the ground floor. For your convenience, you will find 2 separate bathrooms with a hairdryer and a bathtub or shower. After a day at the beach you can fire up the barbecue on the terrace and dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area. The kitchen holds all the equipment needed for preparing home cooked meals during your stay. Free private parking is at your disposal next to the house, and San Teodoro with its shops, bars and restaurants is just 12 km away. The gorgeous beaches of Le Farfalle, La Salinedda and Cala Brandinchi are set within 1 km of Villa Salinedda.
