The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated.
There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located.
Wifi very stable and it's free.
One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map.
In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants.
The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate.
Location is okay if you don't mind stay

The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me contact my rental car agency when my car was broken into and made extra copies of my police report for no charge. The staff were helpful. Relaxing atmosphere. Very good value for money. - The lobby is very attractive, with oriental rugs, sofas, and a bar at one end so you can have a drink. The breakfast room was also nice, and the breakfast quite good. There was a pretty outdoor lounge area in front of the hotel, with tables and chairs and lots of green plants

This Hotel is fairly basic but clean, tidy and very well priced. I wouldrecommend. - The breakfast was amazing! The man working at the front desk on the night we arrived also recommended one of the best restaurants we have eaten at on our trip. Great experience.
