Hotel was newly refurbished and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects.There is also a swimming pool (partially indoor) and sauna available for the guests and the view from the hotel is just amazing. Room with air conditioning (this is mandatory because it is very hot at Lake Garda).
Very good location overlooking the lake.

Very good location, especially the balcony directly onto the Garda Lake is great. - Hotel staff, Manuel, was helpful with suggestions for dinner. Lake front view from our balcony was incredible. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful setting on the edge of Lake Garda, within easy reach of many attractions, big and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, large variety of items to choose from for breakfast. Not a top of the range hotel, but good value for money. - Great location, very helpful staff. Would definitely visit again.

lovely family run hotel right next to the lake,
we had a room with a balcony looking out over the lake, the scenery is fantastic and the room was very comfortable,
the food is good at the hotel ,

Fantastic location and great place to stay!! The apartment was nice and clean and it had everything needed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
There is a supermarket nearby (about 5-10 minutes on foot), and lake garda can also be reached in about the same time - the hill to and from the apartments is very steep though so wouldn't be acfessib

The elevated position allows a lovely view of the lake and it is a short walk to the lake. There is a supermarket nearby and the apartments are spotlessly clean, tidy and spacious. Liliana is very helpful and a professional information package is provided. We loved our stay and would be back in a minute!

Our appartment was great - clean, comfortable, well equipped and fresh, with a nice, sunny balcony. Grocery store just across the street, and only a few metres from cold, but crystal clear Lake Garda. Nice, but not too big, pool that the kids loved. Free parking in underground parking house.

The hotel was small (30-40 rooms), friendly and in such a beautiful location. Although beside the road, on the lake side, there is very little traffic noise and the hotel has a small beach which is delightful. All rooms have a lake view from the balcony.

The hotel is located Right by the lake. We where upgraded for free, from a regular to a superior room. The rooms were Recently renovated and included a high level of Personal Care, such as huge bathroom with a modern shower and a hot tub and two balconies facing the lake and the Swimming pool
