  This was one of the nieces hotel in Italy that I've been to. The staff was really helpful. I had some question before coming there - all have been solved by mail very quickly. The city itself - a little forgotten but very beautiful. The hotel was also very cheap comparing to conditions it offered and close to the airport. Made me very welcome and even brought along an English speaking friend to help with translation. Recommended a good nearby restaurant.   The owner was very kind and helpful. He met us when we had trouble with directions and carried our heavy luggage for us. The breakfast was great. The room was very romantic and it was a nice quiet sleep. The historic town was amazing for pictures.
