  This hotel has a good location: it is next to the tourist information office, and there is a supermarket across the street. The hotel does not do laundry, but there is a self-service laundry shop in the northern part of town, ca. 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.   We stayed three nights in this nice and warm familyrun farm.The location is excellent to explore the region : Udine,Alquileia, Trieste. rooms are comfortable ,a breakfastbuffet with local and homemade products.
