The common parts perhaps already need a little freshening, but overall a nice place with pleasant and helpful young owner. Excellent coffee machine (free) and good breakfast. Recommended if you go to Reggio!

  Arrived late and booked online whilst eating pizza. Miserable weather outside and being December very pleasing response from Nicole who we meet outside the B&B an hour later. Upgraded to a larger room to accommodate our bikes at no extra cost. Excellent location just off the main drag with WiFi in room.
