  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.
