  This is a very beautiful place to stay, peaceful yet less than 10 minutes walk from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. Will certainly return. - We had a lovely stay at the this hotel.   This was a delightful place to stay with Manuela being so helpful and friendly to all her guests. Breakfast was lovely and when weather was nice we got to mingle with other guests - even in the afternoon when we could sit in garden having tea and coffee with whoever was around from sightseeing the town which is only 2 to 3 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.
