  The owner, she was great! Makes you feel really welcome, in style "mi casa es su casa". The B&B was some 15min walk from the old town and Aquarium. We shared bathroom, which wasn't so bad because there were 2 bathrooms, both spacious enough. - They have several flats. We lived in a flat with 4 rooms. There were two bathrooms in the flat.   We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 children, aged 2 and 4 and our small dog. The hosts were fantastic. We are travelling for a year and have a lot of luggage in our car and a roof box that doesn't lock - the owner called around for us until he found a private garage nearby where we could safely park our car. Sensational exposed walls in the bedrooms from the 1500's. Great combination of modern and ancient in the B&B and in town. Good restaurants literally metres from the door. B&B was quiet, peaceful, fully equipped and gratefully has a lift. Host was extremely helpful and takes pride in her home. Great experience

  Basically everything. The hotel is well decorated in an Italian style. Great location with many highstreet stores around and an McDonald's right across the street. It's very close to the bus and metro station and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Nice facilities. At breakfast the owner even made the tea for me alth - It is a kind of family run hotel. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel as at home. Vito give you all sort of suggestions for things to visit, what to do and where to go. I stayed in a room with private bathroom; the room was big, confortable and clean with very good wifi connection. The location is excellent, just one block form Piazza di Ferrari, near de Porto Antico and the old town. The train station (G. Brignole) is just 10 min walk where you can reach Camogli, S.   Although this hotel is really part of another hotel across the street and has no sign, our taxi driver found the address and we straightened things out. Our room was large, comfortable, and very quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the shower ok ~ we never got really hot water but that's not really a problem ~ and the breakfast was filling ... co mówią ludzie » and tasty. All the staff was very friendly. If I were going back to Genoa for any length of time I would consider staying there again. - Just close enough from the center (10 min bus) and outside to be quiet, in a lovely area 50 m from sea side and small fishing village.. All the advantage of both B&B and hotel, as they work together with the hotel just un front.
