i have been to this hotel a few times , so I know the staff .
I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! A very good smple place to stay near ciampino from where you can even access rome via Metro ...free trans

Obsługa - The staff was excellent. They helped us learn about the buses and metro system so that we knew how to get everywhere we wanted to go for very little money. The room and the bathroom were both very large and comfortable. - The rooms were lovely and spacious, the staff were very fiendly and were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
