  Staying at Vanessa house is like visiting long lost friends. Elena and Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious suite - the beds were the best we had in Italy. Everything was very clean and well-maintained - they even cleaned daily. And breakfast was amazing - two tables loaded with food! She welcomed you with open arms and couldn't do enough for you. The accomodations were grear, the bed very comfortable and a well appoined roomy ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again. The apartment was a little bit outside Venice, but with free parking at the train station, and cheap tickets into Venice, the location was ideal. Diana was really helpful in giving us guidance on Venice and what to see and do there. She also provided a good selection during breakfast, with cold meats, breads, cereals and fresh coffee.

He definitely goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My motto is "If I visit a place, I won't go back". I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!
