  we arrived after a travelling for 15 hours and were very early the staff took our bags and made us Tea Coffee ect. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. There is a different range of entertainment every night, what more could you ask for, under one roof.
