Życzliwosc obslugi. - Friendly staff, location and the huge room we were allocated. We hadalso stayed at the hotel 10 years ago when we visited Dublin. - It was like being at home. The staff were very helpfull. The ownerwas lovely.

The service received from all the staff was excellent, even allowing us to take the room from 10am the morning of our arrival as it had not been used the night before. - we stayed in the apartment which was very comfortable and spacious

Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

Really well placed for access to trains, Dart and city centre. Pleasant, newly refurbished rooms, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast!
