The staff is patient, knowledgable and very accommodating. The other guests with whom I shared the room were quiet and considerate. On May 29, when I changed rooms, I realized I'd left my passport in Room 109. Karine at the desk alerted the cleaning staff. Corinna, whose team had already done the room, made a special search and found it where it had slipped down under the mattress. It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

They let us check in early and were very friendly. The two-bedroom was plenty of space for a group of 2 couples. I recently stayed at Abigail's for 3 days with my wife and 4 year son. Abigail's located at heart of the city close to restaurants, shopping, bars and pick-up points for most tours. Staff is very friends. Breakfast consisting of break, butter, jam, coffee, yoghurt, eggs, milk and cereals is included. Free wi-fi is included though it was very weak

I was there for two days. I really liked the location of this place. Walking distance to almost every other place. The staff are really friendly and nice,ready to help. The security there is also high. The place is very clean too. I was at some other hostel to see a friend and trust me,it wasn't half as nice as Abigail's. It was the first statement I made immediately I could manage to. All in all, it is a very very nice place to stay.
Plus,breakfast was very good.

My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this
was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in
advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who
checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on
holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food
and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.

quiet at night (I stayed previously in the Temple Bar area and the
revelry at night made it impossible to sleep). Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent value. I was worried about all the reports on noise, but it didn't bother me at all. It is fairly clear that it is going to be noisy anyway. Anyone complaining about this has been warned by other reviews and by the hotel's own website. It is ideal for anyone on a budget. Drinks were 2.50 at the bar and a large selection of meals from 6euro. If you prefer to be part of the party this place is great for you.
