Very suitable for young kids. I work in a leisure center and even though you pool is there a few years it was kept very clean. My little one locked the bathroom door and we were let use the bathroom in the room next door rather than change rooms late at night which was great with young kids. i found the staff at the front desk as well as the staff in the leisure centre were very friendly-i was very impressed with them.

The hotel was in the perfect location for the town and is a very very comfortable hotel. The suite me and my friends had was great and very comfortable... The lobby appealed to me with the fire lighting. It was a lovely comfortable hotel.The rooms were comfortable and hotel safe and child friendly. cheap and close to town,good facillity`s. The facilities available for children. It was close to the town centre. we booked a family room but on arrival noted that for our needs it was too small so we upgraded to a 2bed apt for an extra 50euro for 2nights,well worth the money,beautiful spaciousandspotless. frendly staff. great food. child friendly.reception staff excelent to sort out problem below. the location, the pool, the staff, and the comfort of the room. price. The room was beautiful and spotless, the lobby bar was nice and relaxed to sit and have a drink. facilites and location of hotel to the town of killarney.I liked the Hotel Room and the food was quite adequate. If there was any problem, it would be that the rooms were almost too warm.. but then thats better than too cold. We would certainly stay there again. The hotel was well suited for me my partner and my 3yr old so, it is a very friendly and welcoming hotel for kids n familys..comfort. Loads of facilities for children and the hotel was very child friendly. Front desk staff were very helpful. The way that they have lots to do for kids and it is very childfriendly. Breakfast on Sunday was not a s good as the Saturday. On Saturday we had an excellent choice of fruit, yougurts and bread, crossents. We were just finished eating on Sunday when these were brought out.More seating needs to be made available in lobby for the night time entertainment. Familys should be seperated form young people so noise could be kept down in one area and party in another area. Too many kids!!!. I thought the room was cold at first, but later it heated up.telivisions could be improved for watching sports. The play rooms tend to be colder than the rest of the hotel for some reason.It was far to warm in the hotel. apartment block was a little bit too far from main building but as we only booked on arrival that couldnt be helped. changed original booking details on line,the hotel did not have the new requirements(extra night,and 4 people)luckily i took email print out with me. the selection and standard of the food in the bar and at the breakfast were limited, poorly presented and tasteless. supervalue supermarket across the road had a better selection for breakfast, tasted better and did'nt cost as much.little bit out of city but price made up for that. The Service could have been better in the bar restaurant, there was not enough staff on to cope with the volume of people the weekend I went down. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready. It was 3 o' clock when we arrived, which was the time stated on the reservation to check in.The Leisure Centre was very dirty. The actual pool had dirt floating init and the showers are very grimy. The management staff in the diningrooms could do with tidying up their appearance. Sloppy shirts and hair.The non-management staff were much better presented. Very poor reception/check in also found some staff not to be very helpful. On both nights there was no room for us to relax in the bar all seatswere taken. the staff member who said she didnt know how to change the channel on the tv and was very slow to get the person who did meanig i missed the first goal while that staff member while not busy didnt make the effort to find the lady to change the channel, in fairness that lady did apologise.small point but when your a wolves supporter like me and your seldom on tv its nice to see them when possible.Hardness of the bed. not really. The hotel room were very very hot at night time very uncomfortable to sleep and wouldnt open a window as i was on the ground floor. childrens playground. The hotel was fine in general. Staff helpful and facilities/food good. I did however book a family room on the website as I travelled with my mother - who is a bad sleeper - and I wanted to have a separate room for her. However - there was only one room and indeed one king-sized bed. We were attending a wedding - so had no opportunity to ask for a change. It was a disappointment. Would have liked the option of room service and pipes in the bathroom made alot of noise after the toilet was flushed!!. No lift, had to carry buggy up the stairs all the time. The swimming pool water looked dirty/cloudy and it was freezing. The Bar menu. 1,The bath could have been cleaner. 2,On the first night, it was very noisy in the corridor outside our room with unsupervised kids running, shouting and screaming until well after midnight. We found this very annoying as our daughter had an important dance competition next morning and she could not sleep.Clearer direction signs to rooms or simple map for visitors to find their rooms. facilities such as gym and pool were poor. lounge bar leaves a bit to be desired.iron in room not working. There was alot of noise in the hotel. Could not get to sleep until 3.30pm even though it is advertised as a family hotel.We stayed in the suite. The pull out bed was broken at one end and very uncomfortable. There was only one blanket on the bed and no spare blankets in the room so by morning it was freezing.
