I liked the concierge, the man really new what info to give us and was very understandable. I also liked the restaruant and bar, the people working the nights that I dined and wined there were extremely friendly on never left me bored out of my mind. Myself aged 31 and my mother of 65 years of age were looking for somewhere fairly central but away from the noise and that's just what we got! 10 minutes straight forward walk to shopping locations, Temple Bar, Central Bus Station, The LUAS and Connelly Train Station. We found the Ripley excellent. We stayed there initially when we arrived in Dublin, then after touring Ireland for two weeks, we stayed there again before leaving for Wales. Would not have done this if we were not happy.
Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with everything on offer, and able to have as much as you wanted, if you needed it.

The food, service and atmosphere was outrstanding. I arrived for the Dublin Marathon and was very impressed with the Ballsbridge Hotel. I was able to relax for a couple of days before the race on Monday 29th October, and everything was so accessible from registration at RDS, a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and the Marathon start, only 10 mins walk.

The reception area was bright and spacious there was a lovely bar area with comfy sofa's-great for relaxing and having a few drinks.
