  The hotel was really lovely. I couldn't get over how nice the staff were - even going to the bother of ringing up the room minutes after we checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. The shower was amazing with jets on both sides. Bed was very comfortable and the room facilities included tea making facilities. Wonderful central location, got a room upgrade on arrival despite the low cost of my booking. Food was very good, reasonably priced and received a complimentary coffee card on arrival. Entertainment, live open mike, provided in the bar was nicely balanced and enjoyable

  Family room was great. We have stayed at higher graded hotels where the second childs bed was a fold out camp bed, at the Creggan it was a proper single bed which was very welcome.
