Marvelous, amazing hotel, luxurious new hotel conveniently located for touring the magnificent 8th century biggest Buddhist Botobudur temple and Pramaban temple, and at only 20 minutes from airport .Fantastic fully equipped gym with state of the art exercise devices. Beautiful gigantic infinity pool. Amazing five star food at a 2 star price!! Staff is always smiling! This is one of the best 5 star hotel in Indonesia for the asked price! Stop comparing ! You can t go wrong with this hotel!.
wszystkie opinie » Hotel Tentrem is a luxury hotel in the centre of Jogja. The rooms are very well-furnished (esp. the large beds are extremely comfortable and the bedding sumptuous). Facilities are top-class and the staff is very friendly and willing to help (excellent Concierge service which can arrange trips such as Sunrise tour of Borobudur or book tickets for the Ramayana ballet). It is a luxury hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Yogyakarta. The facilities are top notch the staff well trained and friendly. The hotel is very new and the decor beautiful. Breakfast was impressive with much to choose from. Pool was beautiful. Beds were extremely comfy. Everything was great!. We were very impressed with the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. The amenities provided in the room were very well thought out, buffet breakfast was excellent and the gym was very well equipped. Its a pity we were not able to use the pool as it was closed for a photo shoot when we wanted to use it. The hotel location is somewhat removed from the city center, about 10 minutes drive, and the neighborhood around the hotel is dreary, but these are easily resolved by a cheap taxi ride. The foreign currency conversion rates were not favourable and there was too much variation - but after the first urgent exchange I got it done from outside only where I got a better rate. The location little bit narrow for a luxury hotel .. No car wash service.. Front Office staff need more training of handling guest with online booking specially letsbookhotel.com (got problem when late check-in but it was finalised by the reservation manager). A little far from Malioboro, but that was also a positive. all good. 1. Bath tub quite small and not all deluxe room has bath tub. So we should ask couple of time can not just note in our reservation. 2. Staff always forget to give complimentary water in day 2 or later.. We should ask too.. Pool doesn't get much sun.hotel grandiose but lacking character. Breakfast wasn't great. On booking order I have put note that I need smooking room and king size bed, but when check in the reception staff put us at non smoking room and twin bed.. So after complain, I have to move again but still without king size bed. When check out after 3 days stay, the reception deduct my credit card with double payment, fortunately I'm aware then after complain she void the mistake transaction. Room Air con a little too noisy. The water at the shower tray in the room we stayed drains off too slowly.(When I am taking shower). Nothing. Low speed internet room 338, cannot have streaming website. no French channel tv5monde pillow too hard, very hard so very bad sleep and the purpose of an hotel is to sleep well. Massage therapist need to be well trainned. The view from the hotel pool are rather sad. Slow internet connection. Aircon broke down one night at 3AM, had to call the maintenance, they however came and fix it. Soundproofing should have been better, the doors are not really soundproof, could here neighbours going in & out of the rooms. Nothjng. Cafe just open until 22.00. Can not go to cafe above that time. Parking lot is too small, so we cannot park our car and must use the vallet service. few issues with room (shower drainage, tv, hair dryer) but I think that's because it's all so new. The check in was taking ages. -The Grand Duck King restaurant -bar closes pretty early. Price. Lift key not working. Bug in room. The toilet has weird smell from the minute we walked in. Housekeeping seemed to be stingy on giving toilet paper and tissue, even when finished not replenished till we call. Need to leave a card key in the room, or the AC shuts off. Hotel is actually a little too far from anything you'd want to do in city. nothing. nothing. Nothing. The staff not comply for the 5star international hotel. View. They can not manual the bill. The staffs hardly speak English. I guess tentrem woud not only want local guests but extended to international guests. Staffs in phoenix hotel spoke well english to me. Tentrem staffs tried to avoid every conversation or cut off the conversation as soon as they can just because of they language. Do send them to classes. Servis duck king restaurant not good....
