Loved the location, set off down a little oath off the main road. The villa sits beautifully on rice paddies directly in front. Absolutely loved this!.

No hot water.
Staff were not too good, rooms not well cleaned, toilet/bathroom was not very clean when we arrived, and was never once cleaned while we were there.We watched staff empty left over breakfast from another room into our bins.They also allowed hawkers to come into the building to try to sell us things at breakfast.
The room was not very clean and there were ants in the bathroom. While the bed sheetd were crisp, clean and white, the breadspread, curtains and mosquito net needed a wash. Also the bed was hard and the air con very noisy.
