All the staff are very friendly , supportive, and polite. Quality of the place is very nice. Clean and all in good works. Friendly staff nice surroundings good food everything cheap. Friendliness of staff, lots for the kids to do.

Better to stay at good weather condition. We stay at Mutiara Cottage, and at that time we arrived 1 hour earlier and we have to wait until the cottage is ready. Worth tje wait, the cottage was clean and comfort. The location is great and I wish to come again later. The beach is nice and the cottage looked nice. Nice staffs Outstanding surrounding nature. cozy places & having a nice view. Swimming pool is great!. Peaceful. I like the swimming pool. - Watersport is not available near the resort. you have to drive to other place. - price is a bit too high. too far and bad access. Food in the restaurant could be improved. Bad food. We request cottage close to the beach and swimming pool, but the fact we got the cottage close to the lobby. A lot of trash along the beach if they not maintain will invite other irresponsible people to throw the trash along the beach too. The staff of this hotel didn't give enough information for us. The facilities and staff of this hotel are not four star hotel though they claimed as 4 star. Food range was limited and they were finished too soon while there were still many guests. The housekeeping always made mistake on the amount of towels they had to put after taking the old ones. Car not allowed to park beside hotel. there is so much coral reef in the beach.. even the view was nice & the water is clean but we cannot walk on the beach. also there are some facilities such as: telephone, floor and air conditioner too old and got damage. The rooms are very basic. The mattress has to be changed! To many noisy groups are in the hotel.... The scenery not so worth the drive. Everything except the swimming pool.
