I chose this hotel because of the price and the location. The room were small but just nice for me. The bed is very comfy, air-conditioned and with free wifi. I heard there were complaints as some room does not have any windows. So don't forget to request for a room that has one if you want a window. As for the location, the area is just a few minutes to Tunjungan Plaza, ITC and Grand City. There's always taxi on stand by at the hotel so you just get in and go. If you prefer to walk, then it's.

Very good bed, simple modern design, good shower and bathroom, big tv, good wifi in the room.
