What a hostel! Amazing staff, Leonardo (marketing manager) welcomed me by my first name on my checkin and he knows every guest name so the connection feels really personal and special. Everyone is ultra friendly. About the hostel itself: - it's brand new - simple yet tasty breakfast - a lot of showers, there's always a free one - it's next to the main street - there's a pharmacy you have to walk through to get into the hostel. Don't get me wrong, it's a plus since you can get a cheap Bintang (.
wszystkie opinie » Really good place to stay if you're looking for central location in Seminyak. It's basically on the main street (Jl. Raya Seminyak) but tucked away behind the buildings so you get none of the traffic or street noises. Very hard to find so make sure you email the hostel and ask for directions (the short cut way of entering the hostel is through a pharmacy next to Mario's Silver shop). Location wise you have lots of shops and bars/restaurants around you (but then again I don't think there is anyw. The staff were excellent especially leonardo. You could arrange everything from the front desk and i arranged airport collection by email before i arrived. Breakfast was the best i have had in se asia and was made fresh when u wanted it. The dorms had a proper mattress and no bunk beds with ac and space for yourbags. Hostel is central near a supermarket and chemist but not noisey. There is a central courtyard for chilling and breakfast and good wifi!! Would recommend to budget travellers. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The management and staff were very friendly and acknowledged the guests. They made every effort to ensure you had a comfortable stay, answer any questions you may have about traveling in the area and arrange/advise appropriate transportation on request. PCs, TV and drinking water among other things are provided free of charge and comfortable internal and external communal areas are provided. A great place to stay at in you wish to meet other backpackers - i even made some friends over the breakfast table! The manager, Leonardo was very helpful and friendly. It's also conveniently located on the Main Street with good shopping, nice bars along the street and within 10 mins walking distance from the 66 Beach. Amazing hostel in the heart of Seminyak. It's new, clean and has hot water! You can't beat it for the price. The staff were incredible and returned all of our questions via e-mail within minutes. Solid place, no doubt. But then again it is a hostel, if your roommates are noisy you will also be woken up by it.... I had no trouble sleeping with earplugs like I always do anyway. Maybe could have shower gell and shampoo in the bathroom. There is no sound proof in the single rooms and dorms (I stayed at both in this trip), making every single noise from outside (footsteps walking up and down the staircase on the level above the dorm, announcement from a nearby supermarket (?) etc from 6am onwards) clearly audible and may affect your sleep. Nothing bad to say about M Hostel!. Not such a big deal but maybe there could be a better map on the website to find the hostel. Once you have found the hostel it is easy to locate!. The walls between rooms are pretty thin so you can hear everyone in the room next to you. Not a huge deal since everyone is respectful and stays pretty quiet at night! My only suggestion would be to soundproof the walls a little better. Nothing. The hostel could do with providing more detailed directions as it was very difficult to find! That's my only complaint. The amount of concrete showing, the place is made of concrete panels, there are some painted walls but the showers and toilet look like and fell like prison cells They need more fan's in the no air con parts. They need a pool. If you book for a set period and then want to cancel you get charged the full amount. Toilets are a bit dingy, some were not working. Dorm door is very noisy, beware the bed closest to the door, you will get woken up pretty easily. Noise, bathroom with no ventilation and the floor is concrete, small room, a bit expensive, poor breakfast. small breakfast but good.
