What makes this place so special?
1. The personnel in this hotel is just super friendly and very helpful, they made us feel like we were staying with friends. Richie, Frans, Gali & Anton explained us a lot about local way of life, took us to the most interesting places, cooked amazing food and were always up for a chat.

The room rate also includes the free entrance to Borobudur (from 6am to 5pm), so, you could visit the temple as often as you like.

The best thing is the fact that the resort is within the compound of Borobudur and you get free ticket to enter the ancient monument. You can even see Borobudur from the restaurant. Very good breakfast too. A tip for visitor: it was not too late to wait until the gate opened at 6am for the sunrise at Borobudur during my stay in September, otherwise you can join the sunrise tour which cost a lot.

- Loved this hotel. The decor is awesome, the location was great, and more than anything the staff was amazing! The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and gave us good options for dining and local nightlife.
The hotel staff goes above and beyond making their guests feel comfortable and appreciated. I will definitely be staying there again and will recommend it to anyone traveling to Yogyakarta
