  What a fabulous Hotel!!!! Fantastic location right across the road from the beach on the easiest street to shop in Bali! Warm welcome and speedy check in. After settling in we went upstairs to the pool area and ordered cold bintang with lime and Thai Beef salad. We were delighted as the food is first class and the beer icy cold. The manager Rudolf... co mówią ludzie » made a point of welcoming us and informed us that as the hotel is quite new if we had any issues to contact him immediately and he would address any - Booked this hotel because it is very near the beach. Airport transfer can be arranged at only RP100,000. We were welcomed by bellboy Wira at the airport who is very friendly, polite and helpful (he even helped my partner to arrange a birthday cake surprise for me!) Check-in is fast and efficient and all the staff there (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant servers & security guards) are always attentive, polite and helpful. The security guard even helped us arrange a motorbike rental for us
